Meet Your Photographer

Hi! I’m Kim. Photographer to some wonderful clients, husband to a patient wife and father to two amazing kids. When I’m not behind the camera I teach Aikido, play bass guitar & seek out great coffee.

When I am behind the camera I’m always looking for that natural moment in any scene, one that shows the spark of the emotions that connect us all, those beautiful moments we identify with.

I bring a relaxed and professional, authentic attitude with me & always feel honoured when I’m allowed be part of such a wonderful day between two people and their friends who are important to their lives together, to create timeless moments that will be looked at with a feeling of joy

I’m ready to book, how do I do that?

Do you have a travel fee?

I’m based near Dublin, just into Kildare in a town called Celbridge so if your wedding is more than an hour away there might be a small additional fee to cover the millage. If an overnight stay is required & for more distant weddings talk to me and we can discuss what works best for all.

How are my images delivered?

All your images will be delivered full resolution, watermark free, fully edited by me & uploaded to a secure online platform (gallery) where you can view the day as it unfolds. The gallery can also play a slide show for you in full screen. You can download the entire gallery or just pull down images one by one as you browse. This gallery also has options to allow sharing but blocks downloading by adding a separate download password. Just let me know I you’d like that and I can set it up at any stage. I’ll always have a backup of your images here – just in case & you can request that if needed.

When will we get our images?

Usually within a week as I schedule in the time to edit for each shoot, It’s always nice to get wonderful images fully edited from such an amazing day and so much better when you don’t have to wait long. I can do 48 hours if you really need as an added extra.

How long have you been doing this?

I’ve been taking photos for a long time, I love it. As well as weddings I also shoot for an array of clients creating ad copy and branding images for likes of Ryanair, Heineken, Molson-Coors, Next…

Weddings are a treat though, a day filled with emotion and love, who wouldn’t want to be part of that.

Can I give you a shot list?

Well… yes and no. If there are shots that you’d like during the day we are 100% on board to help make that happen so let me know when we chat & are tailoring things so we can make sure to note that for you. But our style is about capturing the day as it unfolds so we’d ask to let us be free to feel out the day and report it as such.

Do you also take formal photos

Sure, it’ll be important to Parents, Aunties & Uncles and also to you in years to come so we absolutely will be happy to pose and arrange groups for a more formal set of pics. We tend to work fast at these to get everyone back to the fun parts of the day.

What’s your wedding photography style?

I’m mostly a documentary or reportage style photographer at weddings, that means I capture the day as is unfolds grabbing those little emotions shared between friends and family that describe the beauty & flow of the day. I find these photos tell a better story from your big day.  We’ll blend in with the crowd to nab those wonderful candid moments.
